Pleasantly surprised by the process I went to Landers McLarty in order to do some window shopping since I was in the market for a truck to replace my 2002 Ram purchased new across the st I went to Landers McLarty in order to do some window shopping since I was in the market for a truck to replace my 2002 Ram purchased new across the street at what was then called the Huntsville Dodge Autoplex. I had planned to look at full size pickups from all the major manufacturers but since my 2002 performed flawlessly for 200K miles, I was going to look at Ram trucks first. I'm glad that I did since I left Landers McLarty about 2 hours later with a 2016 Ram that met or exceeded all of my requirements. I was pleasantly surprised by the entire purchasing process. All Landers McLarty personnel that I dealt with were professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Robert Riley thoroughly explained the operation and function of all features that were unfamiliar to me. All questions were answered quickly and to the level of detail that I needed. I highly recommend Landers McLarty and the personnel that worked with me to anyone in the market for a vehicle. More

He along with management representive Barney Lopez made my buy experence the best by far, I have ever had. I wasn't looking forward to the hassle and pressure tactics that I have experienced in the past at other dealerships. There was no pressure , no hassle only honest answers to questions, very friendly manner, and a very good knowledge of the vehicle which got me the vihicle I wanted at a very fair price.
