Great Service Recently had routine service and minor repairs performed at Clay Subaru. Service technician was courteous, knowledgeable and professional. I was given a ride back to house so I did not have to wait at the dealership. Service technician kept me informed of the progress of the work by phone and called again when service was complete. Cost of repair was fair and reasonable. I have serviced my vehicles at Clay Subaru since new and have never had any issues with any repairs or routine service matters. More

Clay Subaru doesn't care about their customers I have a brand new Subaru that the Clay Subaru team was more than happy to sell, but less than 6 months later the paint is flaking off. When I took th I have a brand new Subaru that the Clay Subaru team was more than happy to sell, but less than 6 months later the paint is flaking off. When I took the car in for its next oil change I asked about the problem, was told it's normal road wear, and was basically dismissed. I was given a slight discount on the oil change, which was a nice gesture, but it doesn't solve the problem with the paint. I should have been expecting something like this since I did think there were some small problems when I was purchasing the car, but at that point I figured maybe the sales rep and the finance guy were just really busy and I cut them some slack. I am extremely disappointed in my purchase and in the subsequent service. I thought Subaru was a company that cared about their image and about keeping their customers happy, but in my experience so far, Clay Subaru definitely does not fit this pattern. More

Communication needs improving Came in fix electrical problems in the dash board causing warning lights to go on. Job was done to solve the problem and hopefully the electrical problems won't haunt me. People were friendly but I'm still sour that the person that came out to install the after-purchase remote starter. That work looked bad, after he put it in and he trashed the front seat and left it. Showed up in a rusted, wreaked Kia SUV looked like he just took a big bong hit. I knew there was going to be trouble and there was. Clay needs to really understand who they are sending out to customers. The work was bad and the repairs left it in the shop 5 days having to call installers to come in twice to get the job done.. Thankfully they did give me a loaner and one day of that was a snow storm. The last thing is getting information. Had a call to Service manager not returned and when I picked up the car on Saturday I couldn't find anyone who knew exactly what was done to fix it or why. .I did get calls by Bob at the end of the day but that was to late to make accommodations with my employer to be able to come get the car. It's not good to not call customers back More

Fixed right the first time on time. I brought my Outback in for a recall and routine service. Getting a convenient early appointment was easy and I also had an issue I wanted checked I brought my Outback in for a recall and routine service. Getting a convenient early appointment was easy and I also had an issue I wanted checked out Robert, the service consultant, was attentive and assured me I'd be contacted with a diagnosis. I knew the car would need to be there for a couple of hours and the staff provided me with a quick ride home. The call came as promised followed by another call to let me know repairs were completed, ahead of schedule and cost, It's great that Clay Subaru has service discount coupons readily available on line and they are gladly accepted. Excellent visit and communication. My almost 9 year old Outback now performs just like it should. More

No Complaints just accolades for the Clay Subaru Service Tea Bob and John, especially, did a fine job and went out of their way to make me a happy camper. Service was quick, but no car wash? This was the first time I brought my 2018 Outback in for a service call. All that was needed was an oil change, but I asked if they could wash and vac This was the first time I brought my 2018 Outback in for a service call. All that was needed was an oil change, but I asked if they could wash and vacuum the car as well. The service rep gave me a inquisitive look and told me this would take an extra 1.5 hours and cost me $35. I was shocked that a complimentary wash and quick interior vacuum are not part of the customer service approach to cars brought in for service. My other car is a Toyota Highlander, and every time I bring this into Prime Toyota, these services are provided without hesitation nor inquiry. Otherwise, the service was quick and effective. More
