Went to Carver looking to purchase my first Toyota and decided I wanted to order a custom vehicle to get exactly what I wanted. Since Toyota doesn't take 'orders' in the traditional sense, this proved to decided I wanted to order a custom vehicle to get exactly what I wanted. Since Toyota doesn't take 'orders' in the traditional sense, this proved to be a challenge. However, Jalen Barnes, Robert Kim and the rest of the staff met that challenge and were able to work the process get me EXACTLY the vehicle that I was wanting down to every option. They were extremely patient and kept me updated along the way. The vehicle actually arrived early and exceeded my expectations. These folks are fantastic to work with and I hope to continue to be a customer for many years to come. These guys ROCK! More

Bought a used vehicle and went into finance to sign the papers. Not only do they not fill you in on things before signing, they tried to make me sign for a loan that was higher than average interest. With papers. Not only do they not fill you in on things before signing, they tried to make me sign for a loan that was higher than average interest. With an 815 credit score, I said no…..call my credit union. They did and the loan interest was much lower. No info offered on the extended warranty, no paperwork, completely not informing the consumer. Then no call backs after leaving several messages. Will not return. I’ve heard this from several other people as well. Really crappy after service from this dealership. Once they sell the car, that’s it. Not the way it should be!!!! More
