My experience at Carman Ford was over and beyond, my sales representative was Albert Seeney, and he was amazing. His friendliness and making me feel absolutely comfortable was much appreciated after a sales representative was Albert Seeney, and he was amazing. His friendliness and making me feel absolutely comfortable was much appreciated after a long day at work then car shopping. Albert was very kind to me and my son who was with me and very tired. Al saw that and took the initiative to order my son dinner. I highly recommend Carman Ford to anyone who is in search of a reliable nice vehicle and great Customer Service. I would also like to acknowledge Bob who was great help as well. More

My husband was in the market for a truck. When we started looking we found that new trucks were completely out of our range. When he stopped at Carman and talked to Scott, Scott was very helpful and started looking we found that new trucks were completely out of our range. When he stopped at Carman and talked to Scott, Scott was very helpful and honest as far as what we would likely pay a month for a new car. That being said he (Scott) discussed options with my husband and in the end found my husband the perfect used truck. We did not have a trade in or a down payment and Adam was able to work our payment down to a figure that was comfortable for us. the overall experience was a good one. The only downside was in the amount of time it took. We arrived at the dealership around 5 pm and left around 8 pm. My husband and I would both recommend the dealership to friends and will return their when we need to purchase another vehicle. More

I'm 70 years old and always dreaded going car shopping and dealing with the salesmen. This turned out to be the best experience I've ever had in buying a new car. Adam, Scott and Bob couldn't hav shopping and dealing with the salesmen. This turned out to be the best experience I've ever had in buying a new car. Adam, Scott and Bob couldn't have made it more easier for me and my wife. They all made us feel at home and went out of their way to answer all our questions and see that we were satisfied with everything. I highly recommend them and would deal with them again. More
