He was eager to help us with showing us the technology features and setting up OnStar and our GMC app. We didn't leave the lot until after actual closing hours and never once did Robert make us feel rushed or like he was in a hurry to leave. Also credit to our finance employee Osama as he was very professional and friendly as well without adding pressure and explaining everything thoroughly. Definitely satisfied with our experience.
