Disappointing experience purchasing a $150K vehicle! So many reasons for a subpar experience: 1. Everything was handled at the Chevrolet showroom when I was there to purchase a top of the line Cadill So many reasons for a subpar experience: 1. Everything was handled at the Chevrolet showroom when I was there to purchase a top of the line Cadillac. 2. I was discouraged from inspecting the vehicle prior to signing the sales contract. When I finally inspected the vehicle, I discovered the rear bumper was not fitted properly despite the sales person telling me that the vehicle inspection team knows what they are doing. The TPMS is malfunctioning as a result of the dealer incorrectly installing the sensor at the time they replaced the factory wheels with the 24in wheels the vehicle was optioned with. 3. Sales person lacked product knowledge - he did not know whether the vehicle was equipped with a spare tire or had run-flat tires. He was also unaware of the headphones that were included with the entertainment package the vehicle was equipped with. More

Robert knew little about the Encore I bought. It was supposed to be washed when I picked it up with a full tank of gas. The car looked liked it had not been rinsed after washed, full of water sp It was supposed to be washed when I picked it up with a full tank of gas. The car looked liked it had not been rinsed after washed, full of water spots. I ended up taking it to a car was and you can still see some of the water spots. When I picked up the car and asked about the "full tank of gas" I was told they only did that for "NEW cars". Is this the way you treat new customers? I ended up bringing the car back to find out what some of the features were. Alex S. went through everything and explained the features and how to access them, I give ALEX a 10 for customer service. Robert was very personable, knowledgeable and extremely helpful even after we signed for our new vehicl Robert was very straightforward and honest. Robert was very personable, knowledgeable and extremely helpful even after we signed for our new vehicle. He was eager to help us with showing us the technology features and setting up OnStar and our GMC app. We didn't leave the lot until after actual closing hours and never once did Robert make us feel rushed or like he was in a hurry to leave. Also credit to our finance employee Osama as he was very professional and friendly as well without adding pressure and explaining everything thoroughly. Definitely satisfied with our experience. More
