After we went inside he made it really easy for me to get into my new vehicle. I think we were inside for only like 1 hour at the most. Easy, fair and very fast process. Best place and sales person I Had went to city Ford to look at new trucks wasn't planning on buying one that day but ended up driving my new truck home that day. I had met the best sales person ever his name was Robert he asked me what I wanted and I told him and he did exactly what I said and showed me exactly what I wanted never pressured me or nothing.. He helped me out so much. He is the best sales person I have ever had. I now don't just consider him or city ford just friends but now family. I highly recommend Robert at city Ford just off st.Albert trail if you are planning on or just wanting to look at vehicles. You won't walk away mad or sad but pretty happy he works his hardest to make you happy. I know I will recommend him and city Ford to anyone that askes me where to buy a vehicle.
