I went to ferman to service my car without any intention to get a new car, I have been told no one could do anything for me. Robert came out and listened to my story and asked if I’d be interested in a new to get a new car, I have been told no one could do anything for me. Robert came out and listened to my story and asked if I’d be interested in a new car I told him yes if he could do that for me, he definitely did just that. Mickey aka bow tie guy took car of everything else. Even the financing department was amazing it was fast he knew his stuff it was overall an amazing experience and I walked out of there with a brand new car!!! More

I visited today to speak with the GM referring to my over charge of state taxes, and how I wasn't informed, and how the refunded money was processed. Very disappointed in the way I was treated. Extremley poor customer service. Turned in a Chevy lease. Key fob was turned in but never submitted and now GM Financial wants $200 for the fob. Very please with the service from the time I stepped on the lot to the time I left with my new equinox. JAVON the salesman was 100 % and Tansel in finance was top notch.
