World Class Experience @ Ferman BMW 540i I’ve purchased many BMW’s over the years from another local dealer but we just weren’t getting the time and attention we had hoped for - not to menti I’ve purchased many BMW’s over the years from another local dealer but we just weren’t getting the time and attention we had hoped for - not to mention they didn’t have a wide selection of cars we were interested in so we decided to make a change. I went on line to Ferman and found exactly what I was looking for in a matter of seconds! I called and spoke with Heather who took some information from me and let me know someone would get back with me right away. A few minutes passed by and I received a call from Robert. He was friendly, knowledgeable and asked a lot of questions to ensure he knew exactly what I was looking for in terms of car features and payment options. I have to say when he quoted the price I knew my search was over - best price quoted by far and I didn’t even have to negotiate. I was leaving to go out of town so Robert arranged to have all the paperwork completed in advance of my arrival to the dealership. When I got there everything was ready for me! The Ferman team had the car prepped and the paperwork ready to sign. I thought for sure I might encounter a hidden fee they hadn’t made me aware of but I was wrong - it was so nice to experience a sales team with integrity. Robert made everything easy and enjoyable.
