They made my decision easier because they made me very informed & no matter how many questions, etc I had, they took the time & effort to make sure I got what I wanted. Once I picked a car that was coming, Dan kept me informed when it was coming & made my experience very easy! Derrick spent an hour explaining all the features of my new car.
