Shawn Waara cares about customers Starting in May of 2006 after Heritage bought the GMC-Buick dealership from Musser Motors in Terrell, I purchased six GMC vehicles from my good friend Starting in May of 2006 after Heritage bought the GMC-Buick dealership from Musser Motors in Terrell, I purchased six GMC vehicles from my good friend, Glenn Raines. Five were GMC Sierras and one Yukon. During my last transaction on July 21, 2018, Glenn was in very declining health condition. After we agreed on the deal, he introduced me to Shawn Waara. Glenn told me to rely on Shawn for my business with Heritage if he was unable to do so. Shawn took over the final details of my purchase of the 2018 Sierra SLT. He sat in the cab with me and my wife and thoroughly went over details of all the electronic devices, etc of the truck, pairing our phones and the like. We were impressed with his attention to our understanding of the new vehicle. Glenn has passed on and Shawn is now my “go to” man at Heritage. I have recently had some warranty issues and concerns in the service department and Shawn has helped me with contact issues as an intermediary. This person claimed to have taken over all the customers for my old representative but would never follow-up like he said. I continued to call and finally gave up because I never got the information I asked for. I then sent an email to Robert Bobo and he never apologized or acknowledged the problem he just pawned it off on someone else to call and try to help me. I never called back, I decided I would try somewhere that actually cared about helping their customers. More
