Just purchased an Avalon and Robert Blocker was all I could hope for in a salesperson. I had all kinds of questions and I appreciated his patience while answering all of them for me. The biggest asset this dealership has is Robert Blocker. With the car shortage and my car having died, he made sure I was up to speed on what was happening. When my car was delayed, he let me know. When my car got hit in the lot the day of pickup (by the detailers), he made sure I left happy and with a car until mine was fixed even though I know he didn’t make any money from his sale to me as a result.
