Robert was very personable and helpful in my search for a new car. He showed me what was available to drive and we took a test drive. Robert Blocker of Jim Norton Toyota of Tulsa provided THE best buying experience I have ever had in my 68 years of living. This was my first time buying online and I couldn't have had a better experience. Fr best buying experience I have ever had in my 68 years of living. This was my first time buying online and I couldn't have had a better experience. From giving me an online appraisal to delivering my vehicle the whole process was painless and outstanding. I was given more than KBB offer on my vehicle and got a below market average price on a new vehicle without the normal haggling and back and forth of previous new car purchases. I can't say enough good things about the way this dealership treated me and how exceptional their personnel were. Kassidy my financial representative was very professional and took the time to explain everything and did not try to pressure me into buying any additional accessories and warranties. Overall the best buying experience ever and I have recommended this dealership to my family and friends.
