Just completed purchase of my third Highlander (this time a Grand Highlander) with Robert Blocker. His attentiveness, patience and ability to get exactly the unit I wanted with equipment I wanted was except a Grand Highlander) with Robert Blocker. His attentiveness, patience and ability to get exactly the unit I wanted with equipment I wanted was exceptional. Although I did not finance the unit nor purchase any extended warranties, etc, I found Trey Potts to be helpful and efficient in the final close process. No high pressure from either Robert or Trey at any point in the transaction. More

I contacted 7 diffeent dealers and Robert Blocker was the only one to take the time to help me get a RAV4 from consignment with every option exactly the way I wanted it. HE even offered a couple that would b only one to take the time to help me get a RAV4 from consignment with every option exactly the way I wanted it. HE even offered a couple that would be available sooner, but I was happy to wait to get my own custom speced car. He was so easy to work with through the entire buying process. I will definitely be looking for him whenever I am in the market for a Toyota in the future. It was also a REALLY nice comfortable showroom. More
