I have been married for 12 years to my lovely wife Stacie. Spending time with my 5 children and my granddaughter is the highlight of my life. Overalls, my experience with Corwin dealership was mixed. Bob Darbe was great and very helpful. Tamara Gonzales was excellent. Very knowledgeable, efficient and great customer service skills. Unfortunately, I can not say the same about Robert Barrera. I found that he had poor listening skills and talked over me. He came off as the typical pushy "used car salesman". Not a good reflection on Corwin in my opinion. Mr. Barrera also made gave me false information about the Toyota 4-Runner Limited. He told me I only have to use 85 octane fuel in an effort to oversell the vehicle. I knew that was not correct because I owned a 2015 4-Runner Limited. Page 526 of the owner's manual clearly states that 87 octane fuel should be used. According to support.toyota.com, "we do not recommend using a lower octane fuel than what is recommended for your particular vehicle. Use of gasoline with an octane rating lower than what is recommended may result in engine knocking. Persistent knocking can lead to engine damage". Mr. Barrera's misinformation could represent a serious liability issue for Corwin if customers followed his advice and later had engine damage on the vehicle they purchased from Corwin. Also, Mr. Barrera did not even know how to pair my iPhone with the vehicle. He had me download the Toyota app and create an account. He could not get it to work. I tried to tell him that you do not need the app to pair the phone. I proceeded to show him how to do it and successfully paired my phone. As Service Manager, Mr. Barrera should set a standard for excellent customer service and knowledge of Toyota vehicles. I gave him a one star rating but he really deserves a zero star rating. More

We were not intending to buy a car that day, it was just an investigation. We met Trenton, checked out the vehicle He asked questions, gave us our space and didn't apply pressure. We spent then day at l an investigation. We met Trenton, checked out the vehicle He asked questions, gave us our space and didn't apply pressure. We spent then day at looking at specific vehicles but ended up back at Corwin at the end of the day because my wife wanted that one. Up to this point I would say the experience was "good". Where Trenton and team really provided great customer service came next. Because we weren't planning to purchase that day, we did not have our affairs in order. They allowed us to put money down, complete all the paperwork and come back for the car a few days later. When we went to pick up the car, Trenton informed us that when he went to get it prepped that morning, he discovered the sunroof was cracked. It was blizzarding when we initially test drove so never opened or checked the sunroof. He worked with his team and had the glass repaired by the time we arrived to pick it up. This was exceptional on their part. I'll be going back to Trenton and the Corwin team. More
