Aweful. I went in with no Hope's of purchasing a car as I had a car almost paid for ..... after speaking with the sales person and finance manager and drove t I went in with no Hope's of purchasing a car as I had a car almost paid for ..... after speaking with the sales person and finance manager and drove the 2014 mini cooper I was very excited to purchase the car we did all the paper work 2x somehow the first time wasent good enough I'm not sure but after all that I was told by both sales person and finance manager I was good to go and I purchased my car got my payments and everything 388 a month and so on so I sold my car.... 3 week later ( now ) after selling the vehicle I currently almost had paid for they call and tell me I have to return the mini because financing fell thru and I paid them a 500 down payment 3 almost 4 weeks prior to this for the finance company .... I have yet to get a single sorry from these people all the finance manager had to say when i expaliend to him I will not have a car because I already sold mine his reply was ( well thats unfortunate) no one has tried to make anything else work or help me in any way all they have done is blew my phone up about when I have to bring the car back or they will send a tow truck to pick it up.... they refunded my down payment and what I paid for insurance but now I'm without a vehicle because of the empty promises from your staff... thank you or guaranteed me that I had a vehicle and I actually did not and in the end the only thing you try to do to fix it was refund me my $500 deposit and the $250 I spend on insurance but none of you guys are without a vehicle thank you so much... More

Very accommodating! We worked with Julie to get the 2011 Honda Pilot we wanted! She and her manager worked well with us to keep us within our budget.
