Their website was confusing that it was actually at the Subaru and not CDJR but they were nice enough to drive it over to us. After test driving and Ian showed us some comparables that were tempting since we were thinking about the one in TN still. But his manage Rob gave us a good deal that helped us stay with them and not drive all the way to TN. Travis and them helped with the finances and we are very happy with our purchase! More

Driven to Please I was in the process of deciding what vehicle I was wanting to own next. I knew I wanted to go from a Large SUV to a smaller sized one.. but with kids I was in the process of deciding what vehicle I was wanting to own next. I knew I wanted to go from a Large SUV to a smaller sized one.. but with kids still in carseats I needed to make sure it truly fit our family's needs. Cameron Race was the sales professional I was working with, and there wasn't a moment that passed that he wasn't looking to help me find exactly what I needed. He pulled several vehicles, ran all over the lot to get them, and not once did I feel like I was inconveniencing him by changing my mind, or needing a moment to call my husband for his opinion. With the COVID-19 happening, social distancing was not an issue, I felt safe and unaffected by the threat of the virus. Rob Dunn the sales manager worked in tandem with Cameron, in pulling from the inventory, and offering a wide variety of styles that would serve different needs that I'd mention throughout the process. Orestes Greig was the gentleman I worked with for finance. He was so nice, so welcoming and enjoyable to talk with as well. I have never had a more enjoyable and professional time purchasing a vehicle. Overall, I would recommend this dealership time and again. This is our second purchase from this dealership, their service was wonderful. I also very much appreciate their employment of our Military. The search is over I began my search for a Ram 1500 without looking in Huntsville even though it was close to home. I searched and spoke with multiple dealerships in southern Tennessee and North Alabama without any luck. I decided to check Landers McLarty Dodge's website to see what they had and found a 2018 Ram 1500 that matched what I wanted. I called and was connected to Julie Gallow. I met Julie that afternoon to view the truck and never felt pressured and she answered all the questions that I had. The rest of the staff was very friendly and I felt welcomed. Once I decided that I wanted the Ram, Julie went above and beyond to work with me and keep me updated on the progress. She is by far one of the best sales people I have dealt with and made my buying experience a pleasant one. She went to great lengths to ensure that I was taken care of and my needs were met. DONT WALK, RUN AWAY!!! Found a truck on their website, got multiple emails, texts and calls saying it was available, was contacted by Brian and was in communications for two Found a truck on their website, got multiple emails, texts and calls saying it was available, was contacted by Brian and was in communications for two days prior to agreement on prices, Brian and other Landers employees reassured me the the truck was not sold and they were eager to sell it to me. After being told to fill out a credit application online we were preaproved and I was ready to make the four hour drive...Then I get a random text from Brian saying “we are selling that truck”....The truck was sold two days before we came to an agreement, so they ran my credit on a vehicle they didn’t have to sell, the manager was rude and told me “You should have done your homework,”.....Current dispute is filed with the credit bureau..I literally just got a call from there online sales department yesterday trying to sell me the same truck again...They are only concerned about sales and have zero consideration for customer satisfaction, incompetence on every level. More
