I just spent, or wasted over a week dealing with this group of con men trying to buy a used truck. There was one advertised price when we started the process and one over a thousand dollars more when we group of con men trying to buy a used truck. This was after being lied to about the car being ready to drive on at least 4 different occasions. The reason I said group of con men, is that even the used car manager was involved in the con. Between the lying and false advertising regarding the price of the vehicle, I wouldn’t do any business with them and will advise others to not do business with them either. More

I had a frustrating experience with the service department at Bomnin Chevrolet. I brought my car in multiple times for the same issue, and every time I was met with unprofessionalism and a lack of department at Bomnin Chevrolet. I brought my car in multiple times for the same issue, and every time I was met with unprofessionalism and a lack of communication. After dropping off my car, I would wait days without any updates on its status. When I finally called to check in, it felt like my concerns were an afterthought. They didn’t seem to have looked at my car until several days later, which only added to my frustration. Despite my efforts to be patient and understanding, they failed to fix the problem. It’s disappointing to feel like my time have been wasted. I would not recommend this dealership's service department based on my experience. More
