I rarely write reviews, but this was easily the worst car-buying experience I’ve ever had—and I work in sales, so my expectations are realistic. We were working with a salesperson named Rigo for weeks car-buying experience I’ve ever had—and I work in sales, so my expectations are realistic. We were working with a salesperson named Rigo for weeks on a “Certified” Pre-Owned 2024 Kia Telluride. Communication started off fine, but when it came time to move forward and ask basic questions, he completely stopped responding. After a full week of silence, I had to call myself just to get vague excuses. Despite that, we confirmed we were ready to move forward—$15K cash down, plus a paid-off trade-in. Serious buyers. I drove over 2 hours to the dealership expecting a vehicle that matched how it was represented. What I found was the complete opposite. The vehicle was in shockingly poor condition: Every wheel had severe curb rash Tires had visible damage that looked unsafe A noticeable dent on the rear of the vehicle Interior was dirty, with stains, wear, and even leftover food under the seats This was supposed to be a “certified” vehicle, yet it hadn’t even been properly cleaned—let alone reconditioned. To make it worse, the sales manager dismissed the concerns with excuses instead of taking accountability. This felt like a complete waste of time and a lack of respect for the customer. Driving hours based on how a vehicle is presented, only to see something entirely different in person, is unacceptable. I strongly recommend doing thorough due diligence and getting detailed, current photos and confirmations before making the trip here. Very disappointing experience. More

Usually you can work something out with the sales person and then alking to the manager. This was a huge matter to us and we felt like we weren't even taken seriously.
