Could've been a great experience, My over the phone experience was great. Called made an offer over the phone which was accepted within 15 mins. Confusion ensued, car pulled up was not the one discussed even tho I made sure to verify twice over the phone even called to avoid confusion prior. After that was resolved they failed to keep they're word and ended up paying more for the vehicle, and last thing I was dissatisfied with was they didnt discuss payments and APR till vehicle was basically mine.
