Second time working with Kyle to acquire a car and it will not be my last. Took the time to find the exact car we had configured on the BMW website and got it to us in only 2 weeks including Thanksgiving will not be my last. Took the time to find the exact car we had configured on the BMW website and got it to us in only 2 weeks including Thanksgiving. Made my wife's year easily. Then Ricky on the finance side made understanding our options super easy without being condescending like so many finance people are at dealerships. Ron was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and attentive, making sure I understood every step of the process and felt comfortable with my decision. Before coming to BMW of Silver Spring, I visited another location—Passport BMW—and while the service there was okay, Ron brought his A-game in a way that set a completely higher standard. The difference was night and day. If you're looking for someone who genuinely cares about their customers and goes above and beyond to make the car-buying experience smooth and enjoyable, Ron Askew is the person you want to work with. What differentiates BMW dealerships is not the cars. ..they are all great...it's the people. This is the 4th car we have leased or bought from BMW of Silver Spring. But honestly, our last purchase, guided by Eric Lovo, was extraordinarily wonderful. He was helpful beyond belief. He worked with us on a really good deal. He patiently spent what seemed like hours taking us through the wonders of the new X5 technology and installed our old roof rake on the new car. I'd love to suggest ways in which the experience could be better...but neither my wife nor I could come up with a single idea. If anyone wanted to buy or lease a BMW, I'd give Eric's name in a heartbeat. We worked with Dave Strassman in the past and he was great. Eric filled those large shoes magnificently. More

I was in desperate need for a car. I knew I wanted a BMW because I owned one before and enjoyed the performance. I met Ron Askew previously when I stopped by the dealership in October. I knew I wanted a BMW because I owned one before and enjoyed the performance. I met Ron Askew previously when I stopped by the dealership in October. I wanted to just look around, and Ron saw me and answered some of my questions. Ron is friendly, knowledgeable and an excellent listener. I wanted to purchase an SUV but wasn't able to and Ron and his manager worked together to make me happy. I purchased a beautiful 4-door sedan. I was very impressed with his patience with me. Such a relief! I appreciate all of his efforts to put me in a BMW. In addition, the finance manager, Ricky Gulati was very knowledgeable, friendly, detailed, and an excellent listener. When I had a question, he explained the answer in a way I could understand. Made my finance experience comfortable. Amit Thanki was a joy to talk! There are so many bells and whistles to my car and Amit talked me thru the different ways of using the bells and whistles. Amit made me feel comfortable about asking questions and he addressed all of my concerns. He definitely has a lot of patience, and I appreciated his help. Last but never least, the receptionist, Lisa. She is the first person I saw when walking in the dealership. Lisa meets you with a smile. She is very pleasant, and attentive, making sure I had what I needed, pointing me to where I should go in the dealership and also a nice person to talk to while waiting for the decision-making on my car. It was a great experience and I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a nice car to BMW of Silver Spring. Kudos to the Team. More
