I started in the car industry in December of 2017 with my first position being in sales here at Luther Hudson Chevrolet GMC. I enjoy helping people find the vehicle that works for them and their families. I spend my free time with my wife (Ashley) and my growing family. We enjoy the outdoors and I am an avid golfer. We purchased a Chrysler Pacifica from Hudson Chevrolet that had some mechanical issues that were missed during the inspection. We brought the issue of a coolant odor in the cabin to the sales manager, Da that had some mechanical issues that were missed during the inspection. We brought the issue of a coolant odor in the cabin to the sales manager, Dale, but were dismissed to put it lightly. After purchasing the vehicle, we immediately brought it to another shop for inspection and the problem was found and repaired there. The manager at Hudson Chevrolet, Tim, then reached out to us to make things right after hearing what happened. I wish we had been able to speak with him initially(he was out of the office the day we purchased), as he went above and beyond to make things right for us. They took the van back in to finish the repair(there was a lingering coolant odor from a leaking heater core). Tim communicated with us about their progress, and even drove the van himself to be sure that the repair was complete. Tim's commitment to customer service is why we would still recommend the dealership despite the trouble we had. If you have any questions or trouble, make sure you speak to Tim directly! We worked with Ricky & Kao in sales, and both salesmen were friendly, helpful, and easy to work with! More
