Have been a long time customer of McGovern Toyota of Nashua and had the pleasure of working with Adam in the service department. He was professional and informative and got me in and out! I always enjoy the Upperdeck Cafe they continue to provide awesome food every time I need to get my oil changed! Toyota of Nashua has the worst, most unorganized service department I have ever seen. When I bought my car in Manchester, it took them a week to fix two things that I later found out was more than what they department I have ever seen. When I bought my car in Manchester, it took them a week to fix two things that I later found out was more than what they told me, otherwise, I would not have moved forward with buying the car. After having the 2020 Corolla for 9 months, the whole system including airbags, heating, windshield wipers, headlights, etc. started to malfunction. I made an apt for Thursday 2/1/24. With no updates I called the next evening and they had not even looked at the car. It is now Tuesday 2/6 and they STILL have not looked at my car. I told them I will be there today after work to enable the device in my car so they can work on it and got the okay! But when I got there they told me they don’t have time. I now have to take a day out of work to hold their hand. I DO NOT RECOMMEND TOYOTA SERVICE FOR MAINTENANCE! More

Ammara was great, friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. She wasn't pushy and didn't rush us at all. We were in and out of the dealership within 3 hrs. from beginning to end, and she had our vehicle ready f She wasn't pushy and didn't rush us at all. If I could give zero stars I would. Be aware, these people like to perform "spot delivery scams" This dealership is shady, ended up calling the police and attorney general. Long story, but they "approved" me for a 2015 Toyota Venza, I insured it, was charged for the new insurance, put $1k down, signed the purchase agreement, was congratulated on my new car and drove away with the car. 5 days later I get a call from them saying I am not approved, they asked if I could put more money down I said no. I had already bought the car and drove away? The 20 day paper plates were also registered in my name, mind you, the attorney general, state and Nashua police were confused on HOW they achieved this if I was not approved for the car. Andy (the salesman I worked with, beware) said he would see what he could do and call me back later. Got a call a few hours later, he said I have good news I got you approved, and very vaguely tried to skim over the details of IT WAS A TOTALLY DIFFRRENT CAR, one that I had told them THREE times I did not want! He tried to rush me into coming and returning the Venza to get me in the other car, but DID NOT say that it was a different car until I put the pieces together and asked. He was not being honest and upfront. I told him no to the car he was trying to get me in, he asked why, I told him because you have tried to get me to buy that one three times now. Long story short I returned the car, and will NEVER return there, and have already told all friends and family about this AWFUL experience. I would ride a bike for miles and miles if this place was my only choice in buying a car. NEVER again More
