Bryant was very friendly and professional. There was no pressure like I usually would deal with at other dealerships. He was knowledgeable and able to answer all of my questions. So, he said “let’s look for something else”. Although the dealership was extremely busy he never made me feel ignored. I purchased the 2nd vehicle I test drove. I spoke with Rick, the finance manager I believe if I’m remembering his position correctly. He was extremely kind hearted and understanding of the situation I was in needing a new vehicle. The gentlemen that had me sign my paperwork offered me the extended warranty. He didn’t make me feel any high pressure about offering it to me. I’m very happy with my purchase. Lastly, I would like to say that although Bryant had to be handling so many things all at the same time, he remained extremely calm and professional through it all. I will highly recommend Toyota of Nashua to anyone looking for a vehicle!! More

Unbelievably disappointed with this dealership,I have been looking for a specific car that is hard to find for 6 months and I finally found it! i made an appointment to see the car, we set up the time an been looking for a specific car that is hard to find for 6 months and I finally found it! i made an appointment to see the car, we set up the time and day. I received a call from a sales manager named Rick the morning of confirming the appt and a text telling me the car was ready for me to look at, I drove 2 hours with my 3 kids from ri and get there at the time I was supposed and when I walked in I saw the guest service agent chatting with an employee looking bored to death, ignoring me and a few other sales men ignore me after about 20 minutes of standing there I stopped someone that was walking by. Im told the car was in theyre truck lot up the road, ok no big deal, I go there and the guy goes huh and says he be right back, when he comes back he informs me THE CAR IS NOT THERE! apparently it was sent 2 hours before I got there to a kia dealership to get a recall fixed and not one person knew about it after getting multiple confirmations about my appointment, I was obviously frustrated, id wasted my day off my kids day, my gas, put mileage on my sons car that I drove there all for nothing, so I asked to speak to Rick, and he supposedly left a half hr before that, I got no apology, no explanation, I had to ask them what they were going to do to rectify the situation, they put about $25 in my gas tank promised the car was mine as soon as it was fixed and that they would be in constant contact with me about the car, it took me 3 hours to get back home due to traffic, a complete waste of time and resources. we are now 2 1/2 weeks in and im chasing them down for info. I will NEVER do business with them and I will NEVER refer anyone there. More
