Rachael is the best service advisor I have ever worked with and I work with many on a daily basis. So lucky to have her.! She always makes sure my vehicles are done in a timely manner and her communicatio with and I work with many on a daily basis. So lucky to have her.! She always makes sure my vehicles are done in a timely manner and her communication is impeccable.! I bring all of my Subaru's here because I am always taken care of. This facility is beautiful, clean and everyone is professional and friendly. 11/10 recommended for all your Subaru needs. Their parts team also provides excellent knowledge and urgency, I enjoy working with this dealership a great deal. More

From service to sales, your experience will be unforgettable Wilsonville Subaru was recommended to me when I first moved to the area 3+ years ago. My 2007 Forester needed to get serviced for routine maintenance Wilsonville Subaru was recommended to me when I first moved to the area 3+ years ago. My 2007 Forester needed to get serviced for routine maintenance and I called to make an appointment. I came in early morning on a Saturday and Rick greeted me and was extremely friendly and helpful. Every question I had between the maintenance process to loaner vehicles he answered. For the next 3 years I would take my 2007 Forester in and get it serviced for regular maintenance and that pesky check engine light that kept coming back for various reasons. Every time I came in I was given the same helpful and friendly service from Rick and Corey. One day I decided to see what the car would be worth if I decided to trade it in and made an appointment with sales while the service was being performed. Brent explained the process and what they would look for and went over the results with me. He showed me used and newer vehicles while the car was being reviewed for the trade in value. There was never any pushy sales behavior from Brent, just informative and friendly service! I decided when this car died I would come back and work with Brent to get either a used or new vehicle. When the car did eventually die 3 years later I kept my eye on the website for when they had a used 2017/2018 Forester. I made an appointment and was greeted with the same friendly and professional service from everyone. Brent showed me as many cars as I wanted to see, answered every single question I had, and spent a lot of time with me to make sure I had the information I needed. I picked the car I wanted, we hammered out a few details, he explained different options/upgrades, pricing, trim levels, everything. He never pushed anything expensive, any upgrades, just provided any and all information. Test driving, financing, down payment, and walking out the door took way less time than I thought it would. Brent made this car buying experience seem so easy and simple and most importantly, I never felt pressured to buy anything at all. The experiences that I've received from all the staff between sales and service has been amazing and I see no reason to go to any other dealership. Thank you! More

Highly Recommend!! Just over a year ago we purchased a new Subaru and our service was just ok. I really liked the one person concept, but when we were asking about extras for the car to finance into the loan we got less than par service and left feeling like we missed out on some pretty sweet extras. We really liked that we could get the lift and tires on the car so a year later, we went in for another new Subaru and our sales guy was pretty freaking sweet. He answered all of our questions and even walked my husband over to talk to the services guys about all the stuff he can do to the cars. He worked tirelessly to get us out of the negative equity and into a new Outback with a lift and tires. He was a great sport about our kids running around, and made us feel like we weren't a burden and like he wasn't just trying to get us into a new car and out the door. He made up for the ok buying experience we had previously with an extraordinary buying experience. Whenever I get asked about my sweet new ride, I just give them Flo's card and tell them to go see for themselves how awesome he is. More

Sales department fail, service and parts victory James Grant was fantastic and very helpful with no pressure throughout. Gave us updates on our order and stayed in communication always. Upon arrival, the precise Outback (color, options) was prepped and waiting for me indoors on a rainy Oregon day. After meeting a terrific representative Shawna, we reviewed what I expected and what they could offer..then on to a test drive of the superb AWD outback. The wagon exceeded my expectations, the dealership staff was more like family. I purchased the Outback I had been searching for that night. With in a few days, the additional features were installed, the maintenance team detailed the vehicle exceptionally and I was on the road for a work trip, enjoying each mile down the road.
