Had to return to the dealership as technicians forgot to reset my oil and put a oil sticker change in the window. Also, I received an email shortly after I drove out of the dealership yesterday that my ca reset my oil and put a oil sticker change in the window. Also, I received an email shortly after I drove out of the dealership yesterday that my car filter air filter needed to be changed. I waited almost 3 hours to have my oil changed. Why was this not done at this time. Horrible customer service. More

Brought my new car in for service, oil change tire rotation and an issue with the transmission. The transmission seemed to be slipping and twice as it car sifted gears it felt like someone hit me form rotation and an issue with the transmission. The transmission seemed to be slipping and twice as it car sifted gears it felt like someone hit me form behind. When I dropped the car off I was told it would take a few days since it was a transmission issue that would take a longer time to diagnose. I called two days later and they had not even looked at my car. and said it would be a few days even to look at it. I never had a dealer take a car and one onsite then it was but in line for service. I don't understand then why yo0u needed to make an appointment since the car would not be looked at until it was in the shop. Mean while I had to pay for a loaner car as mine just sit at the dealer collecting dust. On the third day i went to the dealer and talked to the service manger who was extremely helpful I think moved my car up in line as I was leaving to go back north in 4 days of which 2 were weekend days. On the fourth day I stopped at the dealer again and they said they could not duplicate the transmission issue after driving it. I found that very suspicious as according to my app the car had never been driven the milage was the same as when I dropped it off. The dealer told me if they found a warrantee issue they would pay for the rental car but since they couldn't find one I had to pay. Since the car was not driven to find a warrantee issue I felt I was really taken advantage of during this transaction. Next time I need service on my car i will take it to another dealer even though it may be inconvenient. Two of my family will be looking to buy a Hyundai within the next 4 months and after I told them about my experience they said they would never buy a car from Tamiami Hyundai . More

Car took 2 hours for an oil change. Couldn’t find my car and assigned a different name and address to mine. Also received an appointment time for service for a check engine light.
