No pressure straight forward and backs up their deal I purchased a Ford CMax from Richard. He and the other staff were freindly, courteous, and professional. I knew what I wanted before coming on the lo I purchased a Ford CMax from Richard. He and the other staff were freindly, courteous, and professional. I knew what I wanted before coming on the lot, and nobody wasted my time with silly games or tactics that I experienced at other dealerships. Vehicle was missing a couple of accessories that were included when the car was new. Merchants Auto replaced the missing items at their expense. I took one star off because the EV battery was not charged when I took delivery. Otherwise, it was a refreshing and happy experience! More

Returning Client Happy With Purchase Again I purchased a car from this dealership 5 years ago and had a terrific experience. I was very comfortable returning for my next car. Last night I I purchased a car from this dealership 5 years ago and had a terrific experience. I was very comfortable returning for my next car. Last night I took advantage of a month end special and could not have been happier with my salesman, Richard Roy. He was kind, professional and very knowledgeable. He was very agreeable spending time to go through the sales process even though we wrapped it up long after the dealership was done for the night. He accommodated my timetable in arriving an hour before closing. He was spot on in helping me find the right car for my budget and desires. This car is the car of my dreams. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership and Richard Roy to anyone looking for an honest deal, superb customer service and a huge selection to choose from.
