Based on my most recent experience, it would be 1 star. Average rating of prior and current experience is 3 stars. - Accuracy - Incorrectly charged due to, at best, incompetence. I have been refunded ab Average rating of prior and current experience is 3 stars. - Accuracy - Incorrectly charged due to, at best, incompetence. I have been refunded about 94% of what I was overcharged and assured the balance will be remitted. - Inconvenience - the sales rep advised that the “DocuSign guy was not in the office”. Absurd. Overall, a waste of time and money on a simple lease buyout and, just as important, nobody cares. More

Rich worked with me to ensure the best outcome and choice for my situation. The dealership was unable to beat my pre-approval and the deal moved forward.
