I went into the Dean Team Monday October 2nd 2023 to buy out my lease on my 2020 VW Jetta SEL. I was greeted by Delovan. I want to start off by saying that Delovan was very helpful and made my car buying ex out my lease on my 2020 VW Jetta SEL. I was greeted by Delovan. I just have to say that this may have been the best car buying experience I have EVER had. Having been in the business, it's such a relief to see guys like Ike. I sent an inquiry after hours and he immediately replied. That reply was honestly the reason the sale happened. He said he would have it pulled up in the morning for me and he sure did. I came in and he was an absolute pleasure to work with. I arrived at about 9:20 and was driving off with my new vehicle at 11:30. Could not ask for a better experience. HIGHLY recommend asking for Ike if you visit these guys. Richard in finance was awesome as well. Overall chill vibe in the whole place. which is a HUGE standout as far as dealerships go. There are just not enough good words in the english language to say about these guys. Thank you to Ike and the whole team at Dean Team!!! More

I couldn't have been happier with my experience in working with the individuals here on trading in my used car for a newer model. The employees there are top-notch, particularly Mr. Myles Eaton.
