They are very professional, very patient and very detail oriented.

I just leased a Q5 at this location. The sales person, Richard, was very unprofessional. Right after we signed the contract, his attitude, changed. First of all, when i was looking at the charges, i saw that they had charged us $70 for the fuel. When I asked about the charges, he said, "did you want a car with no gas in it?". He then passed us to another person and left for the night before inspecting our car fully or bothering to show us any of the features of the car. We later realized that a few features were missing ( such as the floor mats or the car seat pads covers. The following day, I had to drive 50 minutes to go and pick up those items.
He did not ever bother apologizing for his mistake and told me " I did not have to give you the mats!".
I am still shock and surprised, how these people are not trained to provide the basic customer service to their clients. I guess all they care is one time sale!
I would not go back to Audi Uptown and definitely would never recommend Audi uptown in general and Richard in particular to anyone!
