My wife took the car in. Everyone was friendly from the receptionist to Richie who handled my car. Waiting area was pleasant and clean with some refreshments. I had a flat tire right before a long holiday weekend. The staff at Bryan told me to bring the car in, they provided an Uber to take me back home and worked me in to fix my tire. They did a multi-point check up and they updated me via text concerning the fix. I got my car back by 1:30, tire fixed and they even washed my car. Richard is the best. He is always kind and considerate, always addressing my concerns. If I ever need a car in the future, it will be from Bryan Subaru. More

Richard is great- very professional, knowledgeable and experienced. I thought buying a new set of tires at the dealership would be too expensive but Richard gave me a quote that was comparable to another experienced. I thought buying a new set of tires at the dealership would be too expensive but Richard gave me a quote that was comparable to another tire shop for better tires and added savings on the alignment. I was expecting this to be complicated because I was out of town and asked a friend to handle this for me. Charlette was helpful and easy to work with, the service was done quickly, and with feedback that w of town and asked a friend to handle this for me. One note: This turned out not to be a big deal, but I thought I'd be able to pay with a debit card to avoid the surcharge, but because the transaction was done over the phone I had to use a credit card.
