After reaching out to Richard Beckett he gave me frequent updates, worked with my limited budget and ultimately provided me a great deal. Hands down this has been the single greatest car buying experience I updates, worked with my limited budget and ultimately provided me a great deal. Hands down this has been the single greatest car buying experience I have ever been involved in and if I'm ever in the market again I would not hesitate to cross state lines again and go right back to Criswell Chevy. I provided some documents prior to going to the dealer but I was in at 9:45 and out by 11.00 and that timeline included a test drive. To top it off I got a Thumb-drive with all of the information for the vehicle. None of that bulky envelope with tons of paper the other dealers print on a Dot matrix printer. This dealership has earned my 5 stars rating. They really hooked me up. More

Been a Chevy Pontiac guy my whole life. Never ever could afford a new vehicle for many years. Had great used cars like 1969 Camaro and GTO to name a few. 2000 WS6 was my first new vehicle purchase. Wife of a Very, very long time could never, ever be taught to use a manual. Finally retired and fell in love with the C7 body style. It took me some time to decide to sell my 6 speed WS6 fully loaded to purchase a C7. Took almost 2 yrs. to locate a C7 to our liking in an automatic of course. Did this deal long distance with only photos on dealer website. I couldn’t be happier as wife, who is still afraid to step in the driver’s seat. It sounds to powerful she says. Enough said, I spent a lot of time with a Richard on the phone etc. and decided to pull the trigger. Being somewhat O.C.D. With perfection Richard assured me this Grandsport was mint. He was right. So happy we did so. Now my wife is in love with C8.. Think I might wait awhile. Cant thank you enough. Price was right and Richard dealt with car carrier service of my choosing. More
