95% of service and work on my 2008 xterra has been here, and I even got the vehicle here. Had been high-priced service but was top notch. Past three years however, its veen mostly just overpriced temporary and I even got the vehicle here. Had been high-priced service but was top notch. Past three years however, its veen mostly just overpriced temporary fixes. I evidently need another alignment now, the fourth one in the three years since you replaced my rear springs, and fifth total since 2008. The expensive new AC you just put in makes good cold air flow but now the xterra sounds worse than ever when it's running. The Cruise control works again, but not always. And I'm pretty sure they didnt change my oil during this two-stop service and repair visit. I'm heartbroken that Nissan stopped making this model, but anymore I feel the need to find a different nissan dealer to take care of the one I have. The newest service rep at least put me in a loaner car for the longer interval, but given that I need to go in again to have the repetitive work done, its a small consolation. More

Rich was great- he put in alot of effort to answer my questions and diagnose the problem with my car. I was very satisfied with his professionalism and the quality of the repair. Brought 2016 Rogue in for transmission issue. They uploaded new software update. But found no other issue to why the car has an intermittent acceleration issue. Today the transmission light came on. Although Nissan CVT’s have known problems one would think the dealership would have a better solution. Not happy! In addition my wife had to wait for about 20 minutes because they could not find the car keys. More

Tynan Nissan recommended expensive unneeded repair. Was told by Tynan that needed a brake fluid flush. Took my Nissan to another shop. First the fee for a brake fluid flush was half and then was told and told by Tynan that needed a brake fluid flush. Took my Nissan to another shop.
