Richard Jacobsen Sales Pro at Arlington Hights Ford was very helpful. He had walk us through the app for the car waited for us to create an account and then fully showed us how to use it and made sure it w very helpful. He had it all warmed up and ready for us to look at. Had everything ready to go with options. That he thought were practical for what we had discussed previously. Before the sale.
