A short drive, and I was able to drive her home the same day, before noon! Thank you Rich! For getting back to me so quickly, and helping me get this beauty in my hands ! Electric Blue The time had come to turn in my leased car. The reality of my car was that the storage area was just not working out for me. There for I began looking at something a bit larger. I decided on a RAV 4. It was okay, a vehicle I could deal with. Then I tried out a RAV 4 Hybrid and I was Sure. This was it! Now issue was finding one in my color- Electric Blue! It was found in Wisconsin on Friday the same day I was at the dealership. Delivered the following Monday and I drove home in my new Blue on Tuesday! Smiles all around. More

Customer service was an issue Our overall experience at this dealership was not as positive as we would have liked it to be. Our salesperson was friendly, but didn't seem to be ver Our overall experience at this dealership was not as positive as we would have liked it to be. Our salesperson was friendly, but didn't seem to be very sure on his facts and knowledge concerning the vehicle we were looking at. Time was also an issue. We realized going into this situation that vehicle shopping/purchasing isn't quick and simple, but the time spent waiting for each step was ridiculous. The final step-paperwork finalizing things, etc was disappointing too. The lady who handled our paperwork was unfriendly, made little eye contact and just rushed us through the process. When we asked questions trying to understand and clarify things she responded rudely and was short with us. It made us feel very uncomfortable. Most likely will not return to this dealership due to customer service issues. More
