Service department needs improvement. After purchasing a car at a good price from a very professional sales person, Ricardo, I was promised that body work, a warning light and other things After purchasing a car at a good price from a very professional sales person, Ricardo, I was promised that body work, a warning light and other things would be fixed. They kept the car 5 days. Seemed to not know status of car when I called and even where it was. . When I finally picked up the car one thing was still not fixed. Finally my salesman Ricardo, great guy, solved my car problem. This dealership certainly needs to improve its record keeping and communication with customers. More

He helped me finance a car that I loved even with my tricky financial situa My sales rep, Ricardo Cuellar, helped me out to the best of his abilities. He helped me finance a car that I loved even with my tricky financial situation and unexpected sudden need for anew vehicle. I appreciate his attitude, listening skills and understanding throughout the process. The dealership doesn’t deserve him however. No one else at the dealership in my experience, could be bothered to listen to or understand my particular situation. Customer service was far less then desirable. Ricardo is very busy much of the time because so many customers only want to deal with him..including myself. No one else was of assistance at all as we waited hours throughout the process. It was very frustrating. Also the snack area had barely anything. They need a recycling receptacle as well. More
