Once at the #1 and #2 position out of 272 dealerships nationwide. In March of 2012, I transitioned to Germain BMW. When I’m not working I enjoy fishing, watching documentaries on The History Channel and spending time with my wife and our son. My engine overheated and drove the car to the shop. Rhoel Gray came right over to help me with my problem. He gave me a rental car to use.My car was repaired quickly and back to me. I really appreciated the knowledge of my salesman, Roberto Lopez. His approach to the sales was very low key and he was very knowledgeable on each BMW model. A real plus was how he followed up in the Roberto Lopez. His approach to the sales was very low key and he was very knowledgeable on each BMW model. A real plus was how he followed up in the entire sales process notifying me on each step of the way. Another plus was he stated he was always there if I needed any help after the sales.
