There are few people that I have worked with that I can attest to working as tirelessly as Rhoel Gray, service co-ordinator.. Rhoel worked feverishly every step of the way to ensure my M5C was repaired and returned to me as soon as ‘humanly’ possible, despite the logistical nightmares that arose but understandably, are prevalent in todays’ world of uncertainties. Rhoel was knowledgeable and understanding of the parts and repairs process. He was attentive, communicative and PATIENT when listening to my questions and eventual frustration when uncontrollable events occurred during my ‘extended stay’ at Motel Germain. Rhoel Gray is the best service advisor I have ever come across in my 60+ years of working with automotive dealerships. He has a great grasp of "excellent customer service" which has become almost extinct across in my 60+ years of working with automotive dealerships. He has a great grasp of "excellent customer service" which has become almost extinct in this country over the last few years. He is very cordial, respectful and very honest with me at all times. He is a pleasure to deal with and seems to love his job. Germain BMW should be proud to have him as one of their employees. If I had my way he would come and work for me at any time!!! I love going to Germain BMW which is a totally opposite experience when I have to go to Naples Dodge to get my truck serviced as it is always a dreadful experience. Dashboard message was I needed brakes. Called Rhoel Gray and he had an appointment for me the next day. They took my car in and in a hour found out that I didn’t need brakes and recalibrated the brake messa and he had an appointment for me the next day. They took my car in and in a hour found out that I didn’t need brakes and recalibrated the brake message. Said I still had a lot of brake pad left. I liked the honesty, because they could have just replaced the brakes and I would have not known any better. Thank you Rhoel and Germain. More
