Baby on board We had the wonderful opportunity to work with Rene and Rob and they took care of the experience like we were family. My wife and I dropped in to brow We had the wonderful opportunity to work with Rene and Rob and they took care of the experience like we were family. My wife and I dropped in to browse not expecting to buy, but Rene was so kind and accommodating we ended up purchasing a pre-owned package he put together for us. Collins Nissan has an amazing inventory and more so, access to vehicles that you may not see. In our case they listened to what we wanted and found a car to make us happy. We were expecting the arrival of our new baby in a week and hoped to have a vehicle before the baby arrived, the two worked endlessly to try and make that happen, although the baby arrived before the car was ready they offered to deliver the car to our house to save us driving around! Amazing! We were super excited for the new car but quite disappointed to discover cigarette smoke smell, well Rene and Rob made their mission to arrange for the car to be taken care of and the smell removed. Even though the sale was done they continued to go above and beyond and that is the overall vibe we felt at Collins Nissan, everyone on staff really cared. Rene and Rob really took the time to explore every option with us and never once did I feel they were impatient or put off by my many questions. Rob especially took the time to explain the endless details in all the paperwork. We ended up staying well past closing time, to which we felt badly but Rob's energy and positivity always made us feel at ease. We visited a number of dealerships of various car makers and really enjoyed our time at Collins Nissan, the showroom was bright and the complimentary refreshments really made the car buying adventure feel like a party! We love Collins Nissan and how easy it is to get to from the highway, can't wait for our next visit. More
