Service experience I have to tell you that Regina, Tim, Dennis and Dina, during my last service visit to the dealership went above and beyond the call of duty. Regina has a fabulous personality and is extremely competent!. Tim is extremely thorough in his work efforts. DENNIS is so friendly and Dina has a very cheerful mannerism. My overall service experience was 100 percent positive. More

Great service Regina was extremely accommodating; my car was taken in without an appointment due to an issue with the driver's side door. Everything was clearly explained along the way, and I was treated very well from the convenience of the loner car to my own car coming back washed and cleaned to a shine. Regina is a real credit to Smythe Volvo; I really enjoyed working with her. More

Great service and staff Doug and the entire staff in the service department were very helpful. Doug listened to my questions and was very helpful in explaining the process and timeline. I came in for my 1year service and a recall. The Service Manager was also very nice when she helped me. The entire staff is very friendly and Maryanne at the front desk upstairs in sales also remembered me and asked me how I was doing and confirmed with me that everything was still going well with the car. More

Going the extra mile(s) We recently purchased a new vehicle at Smythe and unfortunately have had a variety of smaller warranty covered issues. These were clearly manufacture We recently purchased a new vehicle at Smythe and unfortunately have had a variety of smaller warranty covered issues. These were clearly manufacturer issues - nothing to do with Smythe - and yet, Smythe took full ownership of everything that had gone wrong and stood by us to make sure it got fixed and worked with us to restore our confidence in the Volvo brand. We were particularly impressed with Regina Krauza's help in organizing the repairs and taking care of us in the aftermath. Together with Sean Flanagan she not only took us seriously but managed to turn a potentially bad situation into a very good one: we are very happy customers in spite of the hiccups we experienced - thanks to Regina's hard work - and would return for another Volvo from Smythe. It would be very easy to see how without Regina and Smythe's attitude we could have been left with a very different feeling. More

I had a Christmas Eve flat tire, which was swiftly handled b While luck hasn't been on my side the past week, the staff at Smythe made things easier. I had a Christmas Eve flat tire, which was swiftly handled by Volvo On Call. While they offered, I wasn't going to ask anyone to come and change my tire on Christmas Eve or Christmas Day. I requested a change at 8am on Monday and someone arrived precisely at that time. I went to Smythe to have the tire patched and met with Tim Cotter, who was kind and attentive, but had to advise that the tire needed replacement. I appreciated Regina Krauza's knowledge and pleasant demeanor, as well. I was provided a competitive price for the replacement and was promptly on my way, but not without stopping upstairs to check out the latest models and say hello to Kristian Henriksen, who sold me the car 2 years ago. Late this morning, I had a concern and stopped by the Service Department. It was about 12:10 pm and I was greeted. I quickly realized, however, that the service department was closing...I asked what time they closed and was advised noon, but not to worry, asking what my concern was. Doug MacAdam was eager to help as well as a young lady, who I regret never to have asked her name. My concern was addressed and noted in my file with pleasure. - that service standard is rarely seen nowadays and is appreciated tremendously. - Smythe, I'll continue to do business with you because of this standard and will recommend you to anyone I know who is in the market for a Volvo. Professional from sale and through service. Clearly, you're interested in a long term relationship with the customer. More
