Bought a As-Is car from their lot. It drives well so far but there were lot of cosmetic damage they didn’t mention and hid it with alcohols and didn’t include original key for the car. I was pretty disappoi but there were lot of cosmetic damage they didn’t mention and hid it with alcohols and didn’t include original key for the car. I was pretty disappointed to find it later on. Now I’m convinced on the fact that dealership are just talks. More

We had a good experience buying our SUV here. We saw the car online through Autotrader and a car salesperson contacted us after an official query had been made. Went in to test drive a CX5 and loved it. Bought it that night. Went to pick it up and they put me in a different car. Told me that I bought a 2020 but test drove a 2021, but didn’t inform me of that before night. Went to pick it up and they put me in a different car. Told me that I bought a 2020 but test drove a 2021, but didn’t inform me of that before I went to take delivery. (I requested a 2020 and it was dark when I got to the dealer). Dealer made it right, put me in the car that I thought I bought. I drove it home and immediately got pulled over, because I took delivery without the Luther “plates” and the police officer said he couldn’t see the permit and suspected the vehicle was stolen. So I ended up driving to the dealer for a 3rd day in a row to get the yellow plates on the car. The guy in the service department was awesome. Recognized me with a mask on was incredibly friendly. Fast forward another month and the dealer has not been able to finalize my loan with Mazda. I have spent hours the last 3 days with Mazda Financial who confirmed that the dealer has not completed the correct paperwork. When I call the dealer they say everything looks fine on their end but provide me with an application number for the 2020, and I had to go through the arduous process of finding out that nugget of information, where the dealer did not follow through. No financing, a 21 day permit that expired last week, and I am worried about missing a loan payment. The finance guy last night said that the dealer would make sure that I didn’t miss a payment, but I am unsure now. I liked my salesmen, Reggie has treated me well in the past, but this wasn’t his finest moment. He made it right, and I love the car, but the finance department has not communicated with me and not followed through. More

Initially we came in and Troy helped us out- terrible customer service. Reluctantly we went back the next day (because we wanted the auto start promo) and he was off so we worked with Reggie who helped u customer service. Reluctantly we went back the next day (because we wanted the auto start promo) and he was off so we worked with Reggie who helped us decide which vehicle to purchase. Reggie and Sai were awesome to work with! Unfortunately, once we purchased we were back to dealing with terrible customer service from the financial department who don’t return follow up calls after the sale. I had to physically go back to the dealership to get answers to my questions. Then they called my wife and made her come back to fill out paperwork that they didn’t fill out correctly to begin with. We then got a call 2 months later that the paperwork still wasn’t right and they needed to send it via FedEx for completion. Won’t be returning here for my next vehicle purchase. More

I had lots of great years with you, although this time , was absolutely TERRIBLE! TIRED OF EXPLAINING with no result. I had such a terrible experience in so many different settings with Luther.
