"Five Star" Ray Taylor greeted me upon my arrival and paid careful attention to my descriptions of areas of concern. He texted me his contact information and kept me informed of my car's progress. This is not "just a job" for him. He truly strives for excellent service to Regal clients. I am also impressed with the speed with which I could get an appointment. My battery was just about dead, the "B1" warning was issued. I called on a Saturday and got an appointment for 7:00 on Monday. I was impressed with the selection of snacks and beverages, and the kindness and professionalism of the employees I encountered. Time waiting passed quickly and the bill for services seemed very reasonable. More
