I enjoy the professionalism and service I always receive at this dealership’s service department. I always contact Joe Darcy because he’s one of the best assistant service managers that work for this deale at this dealership’s service department. I always contact Joe Darcy because he’s one of the best assistant service managers that work for this dealership for anything I need done for and with my 2018 Toyota Highlander vehicle. He pays always offers me the best deals and gives you his genuine recommendation and attention to the details of anything that my vehicle needs done to keep it running smoothly. I’ve been a Toyota customer since 2005 when I bought my very first car from them brand new-a Toyota RAV4. And I’ve been going to this dealership and use their service department to service all my Toyota vehicles I had over the years. Mr Joe Darcy is an great asset to this dealership’s service department. His customer service skills is extremely exemplary, he’s very courteous, professional and one of the best assistant service managers since I met him the very first time when he took over my account to replace Jesse Barksdale who he replaced years ago. I can always trust him to offer me the best customer service experience be it in person or over the phone whenever I contact the service department for anything I need done to my vehicle. I will gladly select or vote him for the award for the best service assistant manager at this location. He’s a good force to be reckoned with and exemplifies the best customer service qualities you can ever get from a car dealership. He always greet you with a smile and makes you feel appreciated for bringing your vehicle to get serviced at this Toyota dealership service department location. Congratulations to you Joe Darcy I wish you all the best in your career and future endeavors as a Toyota service manager. Keep up the excellent work buddy. Also I’d like to mention the service manager Mr Ray Hildenbran too who I have known since I got my very first brand new Toyota vehicle (2005 RAV4) in 2005. He’s the best service manager I’ve known since I have been a Toyota vehicle customer in 2005. He trained his people so well that I never really had to call him out his office for anything or problems if I encountered any during my visits to this dealership’s service department. Rick is my representative at Sloan Toyota. I needed my Corolla to get a state inspection. I was in and out within an hour and a half. I tell all my friends to go to Toyota. Service is far I needed my Corolla to get a state inspection. I was in and out within an hour and a half. I tell all my friends to go to Toyota. Service is far best no 1 in my opinion. Thankful !!
