The used and new car selection for the SUV’s was limited to a handful of cars, 1 of each color, with different options. It was difficult to choose a car that had the options that fit the color, exterior and to a handful of cars, 1 of each color, with different options. It was difficult to choose a car that had the options that fit the color, exterior and interior, that we wanted. Despite these limited options, Raul impressed us with the available cars at the lot, showcasing each feature, clearly distinguishing each car from the other, and chauffeuring us when we requested him to show us the cars’ capabilities. By the end of our consultation, while there were a number of cars we were interested in, Raul respected our budget goals and focused on selling us a car that we could afford. Nick Hays also respected our goals and offered us a very fair price for insuring our vehicle through Mercedes, knowing the importance of having gap insurance. More
