Aug 30 CRV Purchase Repeatedly promised a 1.9% loan rate - given 5% *after* sales papers were signed, despite having great credit. Sounds like "bait and switch". After Repeatedly promised a 1.9% loan rate - given 5% *after* sales papers were signed, despite having great credit. Sounds like "bait and switch". After weeks of dealing with the salesperson, I was told that the car was ready, and to come sign papers and pick it up. After signing papers, the delivery was suddenly delayed by a week, despite promise of "come pick up now". Very disappointing - they only promised it "same day" in order to get the sale counted toward month-end, since I bought at the end of August instead of September as I'd originally planned. Car was delivered unwashed, but at least the gas tank was full. When car was picked up, a salesperson came over to explain the features. He didn't know the car, and gave wrong information. When this was pointed out, he said that "oh, I only know last year's model". More

Impressed by the lovely people i met at Bill Page Honda. I wish to thank the lovely people sales and management who worked at Bill Page Honda when i was looking to purchase a new car a few days ago. They were indeed a big contrast from the people i met a week ago at the Springfield Toyota Priority Dealership on Loisdale Rd. Your sales people and manager and every single person i met was very very gracious and helpful. I was very impressed with everyone. I will share that information with my neighbors, relatives and friends and recommend you anytime. I am thankful for your kindnesses to me. I hope the future owning this first Honda will be something that i enjoy owning over the next ten years of my life. I plan to bring it there for repairs and continue to obtain good service like i did when buying a new car. So thank you very much. Raquel Rosa was her usual self, incredibly helpful, friendly, inciteful, and just amazing. This past visit was the our family’s 5th purchase from Raquel at Bill page, and I’m sure it won’t be our last. Raquel has always had the family’s interest in mind from helping select the best Honda for us to get a deal to fit our family’s financial requirements. Not only has Raquel been awesome, but the whole staff at Bill Page was welcoming. Raquel has been a great help and we will continue driving up from NC to get the best deals on Hondas!
