Edit*** after reading my review, Maurice called me within 5 minutes, he was quite aggressive and borderline yelling before I told him to never call me again and I hung up!!! I called the dealership and spoke to Sales manager Randy whom was very nice and assured me this would be handled. ** end edit*** Maurice was my salesman, a poor communicator and not very knowledgeable. The dealership has absurd fees, and fees on top of fees. Then, they failed to complete the documents properly resulting in multiple repeat calls and emails for me to sign/re-sign. I would not do business here again. I would like to note that Mr Lima, the GM, and Randy, sales Manager, were helpful in dealing with these issues. With that said, I still would not do business here.
