I’m last visit was horrible. My service advisor completely forgot about me. I just needed to replace my battery. My service advisor Randy never gave me any update. After two hour My service advisor completely forgot about me. I just needed to replace my battery. My service advisor Randy never gave me any update. After two hours of waiting, I finally get a text of service recommendations which included bad battery 🙄. After I approved the recommendation of battery change, I didn’t get my car until 2 and a half hours later. My advice advisor was nowhere to be found and I had to get another advisor to check me out. I am not happy with my service at this location as the dealership ripped me off and it was a very unpleasant experience for me. I had an issue with a starter motor and this dealership charged me through t dealership ripped me off and it was a very unpleasant experience for me. I had an issue with a starter motor and this dealership charged me through the roof to fix this problem. Moreover, I requested that I need to get home and Randy said I can take the loaner car and I found out later that I am being charged for it. I had enough with this dealership and hence, I will go elsewhere. More
