RANDY WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THE AVAILABLE CARS. THE ACTUAL DEAL CLOSING WAS MADE COMPLICATED BY THE FACT THAT THE CAR I WAS BUYING WAS NOT OWNED BY THE DEALERSHIP.
