The experience I had with my sales rep and finance rep were great, however, the detail process was horrible and they missed major things in my car. Found melted crayons in my car door and chewed gum AFTER were great, however, the detail process was horrible and they missed major things in my car. Found melted crayons in my car door and chewed gum AFTER the detail was finished. I reached out to Ramon and did not receive anything back from him. While the car is fine, that final experience was terrible. Not to mention that the car was not detailed the day it was supposed to be, and I had to bring it back a different day to finish that part of the process. To be fair, I do not blame Ramon, but I do think someone should reach out to settle this better because that is unacceptable. With that final experience, I cannot in good conscience recommend this dealership to anyone. More
