Came to the lot ready to make a deal and walk away with a Jeep. I had to ask to test drive the Jeep I was interested in, usually the salesman pushes to get you in the car. This salesman looked distracted and not ready to sell. We signed the papers and I was told I needed to wait for a safety check. Didn't hear anything back until 3 days later when the Jeep failed the "safety check". I asked them to make good on the deal we already signed papers on for a like Jeep. They ghosted me and I regretted letting them ding my credit score. Luckily I was able to find a car lot wanting to sell me a car and I drove away with my new Jeep same day. More

He was understanding and helped us with our purchase of the perfect truck! Ramon knew what we wanted and did not try to up sale us. He made sure tires were good and it had fuel before we left the lot which the perfect truck! Ramon knew what we wanted and did not try to up sale us.
